Shipping & Returns

Returns: Print on demand items are not eligible for returns. Any items that are not POD and come directly from our warehouse may be accepted if item is still in original packaging with no signs of wear. We reserve the right to deny any return.If you have an issue with a product you've ordered, please respond to your confirmation email within 14 days of your order date and we will do our best to remedy any situation.

Refunds: In order for a refund to be authorized, please reply to your order confirmation email with proof that you have to have received an item that is damaged or defective. If authorized, we will either have your order replaced or refunded. If your return is approved, you will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please be patient as processing for returns and remittance times vary.

Order Cancellation: If a cancellation or change to an order is requested, we will do our best to process the request before the order is sent to printing. Once the order has been printed, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the order. 

Shipping: If a return is authorized, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
